1- Nature has given women so much power, that the law has very wisely given them little.
2- The happiest woman like the happiest nation has no history.
3- Most women have no characters at all.
4- If women were as fastidious as men, morally or physically, there would be the end of the race.
5- Women have no sympathy… and my experience of women as almost as large as Europe.
6- If men knew how men pass the time when they are alone, there’d never marry.
