How important is your name

Ask yourself: "If I did not have a name, how could I identify myself?

If I had no name, who would I be?"

Your name is extremely important. Your name is your life! It is how you identify

yourself. It is how others identify you. The more insight you have into the powerful

influence of your name, the greater opportunity to enjoy the success you are

capable of achieving.

The hidden power of a name....

Mind and thought have their origin in an abstract plane of conscious intelligence,

which comes into manifest form through the symbols of ********. The brain is not

the source of the mind, but merely the physical instrument of the mind. When name

is attached to an individual, certain specific forces of conscious intelligence are

combined. They constitute the nucleus of the mind. The conscious forces

combined by the name can be represented by a numerical formula in much the same way as the basic chemical elements combined in a chemical compound can

be represented by a chemical formula. The mental characteristics of an individual

can be read from the numerical formula representing the person's name, just as the

characteristics of a chemical compound can be read from its chemical formula

Your name is your personality..

This is somehow true, if not 100% true
There are books talks just about what does your name mean and what sort of person you are according to your name.

ISLAM asked us to choose a good name for our kids and we will be asked for the name we chosen for our kids by ALLAH
ISLAM asks us not to use the bad ones

Even reading the history you can notice easily that slaves had names which were considered LOW while MASTERS had STRONG names reflects their power.

thank you Maysam for this subject

I AGREE WITH YOU ABOUT THE IMBORTANT OF THE NAME BUT
MAYBY THERE IS APERSON NEEDS TO BE IMPORTANT BY HIS ACHIEVEMENT NOT BY HIS NAME
AND MAYBY ANOTHER WANTS CALL BY HIS SURNAME NOT HIS NAME
THISE IS MY OPINION

Ein Shams,
You are right that the person is what he achieved and not what it is his name

But the name STUCK with the person once s/he comes to this world (before his achievements)

His name will be one of the effects for his success or failure

When you keep calling a child "stupid" he will be effected by that word and might believe it (where the danger comes),, if this is the effect of a word heard by that child -may be - once a day,, what would you think the effect of his name which is used to IDENTIFY him always..

Best regards to all,, and a very BIG thank you to Maysam for an excellent subject and to Ein Shams and Al Aref for being with us.
Yours
M

Thank a lot my friends

I agree with you Ein Shams maybe in one point which is the important of the achievements

but about the surname i said in another subject that the person should be his/ her own not to seek for the recollections of his family or parents.

I agree also with Mohamed too
